Information

Location of Conference    

  The conference will open at Bexco and Hanwha Resort in the Haeundae area. Bexco is the official Busan exhibition and convention center, and is one of the finest venues for hosting public events in Korea, including the 2005 APEC Summit. Opening and main sessions of ISEI4 will take place at BEXCO on October 25~27. At Hanwha Resort, the tutorial courses will be given on October 24, and ISEI4 Office will be located. The Hanwha Resort is close to the oceanfront and offers a scenic view of Haeundae Beach.

  Haeundae is one of the most attracting places for tourists in Korea. You could enjoy Haeundae Beach, Haeundae Hot Spring aquarium, and Suyoyung-man Yacht Field and numerous restaurants and shopping centers are available in the Haeundae area. Please visit the official Haeundae website.

Traffic

  Basically you would fly to Busan either from the Inchon Airport in Seoul or directly to the Gimhae (Kimhae) Airport in Busan. It would be convenient to have the flight schedule directly come to the Gimhae Airport in Busan. If you enter Korea through the Inchon Airport, you may have to check out your luggage at the Inchon Airport and take them to the Gimpo Airport in Seoul to check in for the domestic flight to the Gimhae Airport in Busan. In some cases, passengers arriving at the Inchon International Airport may be directly transferred to the Gimhae Airport by a domestic airlines. (Please request your travel agent in this regard.)

  Participants arriving at the Incheon Airport can also go to Seoul Train Station or Express Bus Station by limousine bus or deluxe bus 50 come to Busan.
