Payment of Registration
Unfortunately, we can't accept credit card payments. We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon receipt of the registration forms and the appropriate fees, a confirmation will be sent to registered participants. Please allow 2~3 weeks for registration processing.
Receipts of payment will be available at the organiation secretariat during the conference. Participants will receive directions for completing their registration by e-mail.

Your abstract should be submitted by July 31 (Sat), 2004.
If you want to submit abstract, please fill out the Abstract submission form listed in the Abstract submission Section.
* Cancellation
Cancellation for both the Conference and Tutorials registrations are accepted in written form only and should be directed to ISEI4 Office (contact details at the bottom right of this page).
Cancellations for the Conference received before August 16, 2004 will be refunded less a processing fee of 60 USD (accompanying persons 30 USD). Cancellations received before September 24, 2004 will be refunded less 50%. Cancellations received after this date will not entitle to any refunded. All refunds will be porcessed after the conference.
